Mindful Flow 1-3
What can you expect in a class with me? I will meet you where you are, without judgment, and invite you to do the same. I will guide you through a practice of safe alignment, embodied breath, and the simple but profound act of being present. Whether you desire to awaken or restore in this moment, we all grow together in awareness, integrity, and grace.
Mindful Flow: Multi-level for students with varied experience. Familiarity with basic yoga poses and concepts is recommended. We will focus on alignment as well as the more subtle aspects of the postures, breath work (pranayama) and meditation. Classes are dynamic, and vary with the season, student body, and intention.
Restorative: Open to all levels and mobilities. Designed to facilitate deep relaxation and introspection. Gentle movement, breath work and meditation are combined with postures supported by yoga props to allow for greater healing and restoration of the body, mind and spirit.

I am happy to be a teacher on faculty for a very special program called The JIM - Joy in Moving.
