Every day I am so grateful for the beauty in this world, and the many things I have yet to learn. I truly love to share the gifts of mindfulness and embodiment practices with others. My background and current studies include yoga, dance, anatomy, meditation, philosophy, poetry, and Ayurveda. I am adept at personalized, therapeutic applications and guiding students in deepening relaxation and inner awareness.      I truly believe that every person is complete here and now, and it is my great joy to be in service to your wholeness. I thank my many teachers, healers, and guides who so generously remind me of my own: including Tias Little, Kim Wilcox, Gabriel Halpern, Erin Cowan,  Lucien Caillouet, and my Sangha, near and far.   

Education to date:
  • 2000+ teacher training hours, 3000+ teaching hours
  • 500RYT in process with Tias Little, Prajna Yoga, Santa Fe
  • 200CYT from Moksha Yoga Center, Chicago
  • MA from the School of  the Art Institute of Chicago
  • BA Honors from Loyola University Chicago
