Hello, and Happy New Year!
I am writing to share some happy news! Beginning January 30, 2018, I will be teaching a new weekly class at Room to Breathe.
I invite you to come practice with me on Tuesdays from 5:45-6:45pm. This class is called "Flow and Restore," and it's just what it sounds like - we will move a bit, and relax a bit too. In one short hour together we can create a lot of spaciousness inside, making room for you - your growth, your joy, your humanness. I am really looking forward to sharing yoga on a regular basis with you all again.
Room to Breathe is a special yoga studio located in the Loop, at 25 E Washington, that is dedicated to wellness and yoga therapy. Classes at this studio are designed for small groups and are accessible to all levels of mobility and experience. Please don't be shy about checking out this place. It is very convenient to CTA transit as well- Red line and all elevated Loop trains: brown, purple, green, pink, orange. And of course buses.
If you have any questions, shoot me an email or call the studio. I welcome you to preregister to secure your spot so you can just slip off your shoes and get down to your cushion when you arrive. :) No need to bring props - Room to Breathe has mats and everything we might need, complimentary.
